Signature Error for Word 2002

Since I've gone through 16 pages on here and can't find
my issue here it is... I have Windows xp pro. and Office
XP pro. Word is sending me this Error Signature..

Appname: winword.exe
AppVer.: 10.0.6612.0
Modname: ntdll.dll
ModVer.: 5.1.2600.1217
Offset: 00025A58

I have thoroughly uninstalled and reinstalled twice, ran
the repair, put in patches that the knowledge base
recommended to help the situation with the ntdll.dll,
check the printer settings, looked at the startup,
however, the knowledge base isn't giving me enough info
for me to work on that. If that's even the issue. I've
checked over article over article and I can't solve this
issue. I can cause this error by trying to print a
envelope. It always will error. It will errror on other
things I do, but this one I know is easiest to check.
