Signature Fle Style Problem

I have created an outlook signature file in MS Word. It looks fine in Word.
It looks fine in the Outlook Sig File editor. However, when I use it some of
the text appears double spaced.

If I select this text and look at Format > Style, "Normal" is checked.

If I now click "Normal" the double spacing disappears.

Look at Format > Style again and "Normal" is checked.

Anyone know how to rectify this problem?
