Signature Font Changes in Replies and Forwards

I've set up my auto signature in Times New Roman, 12
point, which matches my normal text in my Outlook e-mails
(using Word as editor). However, when I respond to or
forward a message, my body type is still in Times New
Roman, 12 pt, but the signature comes up in Arial.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
