signature font

I have a signature set up in Outlook for replying to/forwarding e-mails.
Sometimes (not all of the time, but frequently) my signature will adopt the
font used in the e-mail I am replying to instead of using the font I have set
it up in.. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

Any help is appreciated!
