Signature for Replies & Forwards causes error and shutdown

I have a new user, set up signature for new messages fine. Tried to use the
saved signature for replies, get and outlook shuts down. Have deleted this
signature, and reentered, OK for new msg, shutdown for replies and forwards.
I have changed user name in documents and Settings and had her log in again,
still error. I have uninstalled Office 2K3, reinstalled, still issues.
I have searched, but to no avail. "compose in this form" shows html, try to
change, error. Uncheck "MS Word2k3 edit...." does allow me to change from
html to Rich Text, save, close App. Come back in, still errors.

Error signature shows the following:
AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 11.0.6565.0
AppStamp:42cacc7d
ModName: user32.dll
ModVer:5.1.2600.3099
ModStamp: 45f02d7c
fDebug: 0
Offset: 00052bbe

Am at my wits end, please help! :)

Many thanks to all......

Yes, Reply does work without a signature. I have checked the add on mgr and
there is nothing showing.
Also, I believe it is limited to this one machine. I can create this users
profile on my machine and create both the signature for New msgs, and Reply
msgs without a problem.
I logged onto the users PC this AM, as myself(not admin login, just regular
user), created an email profile, and sure enough error happened again.
I do not want to reimage the machine, any thoughts on stray registry
settings? Orphan files, etc?
Many thanks...
