Signature Fun

I've just recieved an e-mail with a signature which floats up from the bottom
of the screen. Obviously this is possible with good impact to new customers,
but i can't find how it's done.

Does anyone know any good sites with guidence or a microsoft page which
tells how to set it up, or is there some kind sole out there who can tell me
an easy-ish way of doing it.

Gak! Why would anyone want to subject their recipients to this??? The
purpose of Email is to convey information, not to dazzle the eye. I also
suspect that some of your potential or current customers may also block mail
with that type of glitz and glitter or simply have it converted to plain
text on the way in, so your efforts will be for naught.

Naturally, this is only my opinion, and probably worth every cent you paid
for it, but why not think about the purpose of the message and its content
rather than its packaging.
