Signature - Send, Mail Recipient

I just noticed that in Outlook 2002 & 2003, a signature is not automatically
added (even though this is set in Outlook) when you right-click a file in My
Computer and choose Send to, Mail recipient.

A Knowledge Base article (297332) provides a workaround that is more comples
than simply using the built-in "add a signature" button.

Is there a registry solution to make this signature automatically insert?
