signature stopped appearing and i can't type in outlook email

Suddenly, my signiture stopped appearing my email in Outlook and I can't type
any letters. I seems like I have some hidden codes going on. It was working
fine and then suddenly started acting up.

Perhaps I accidently changed some setting.
