signatures and images

I have just started using Outlook and am having 2
problems. When I used outlook express I had 3 different
signatures set up for my business emails and
would "insert signature" at the end of each email. When I
try this in outlook it only inserts the "title" of the
signature I select not the content.

2. When I receive an email with imbedded images I only
get a box with a red X in it instead of the image. Does
anyone know how to enable the viewing of these images???
