Signatures in Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 loaded on two machines. On one of
them, I can right-click on the Signature and select a
different one, as with earlier versions of Outlook. One
the other, I have to go to Insert/Signature on the Menu.
Does anyone know what causes the difference?
