Signatures with multiple accounts

Outlook 2003 appears to use the signature associated with the default
account, not the one associated with the account from which you choose to
send an email (Accounts down-arrow, select an account).

Is this working as designed, or is there a way of automatically using the
associated signature (I've found how to do it manually, using Insert,
Signature)?

You must use Word as the editor to be able to use per account signatures.
You can set them under Tools->Options->Mail Format.

Cool - next question is that the signature I created appears fully justified
in the editing window (spaced out right across the window). How do I make it
left-justified?

I've tried re-editing the signature in Tools, Options, Mail Format,
Signatures after making the change to use Word as the editor, including
setting the signature paragraph to be left-justified, but in the Word
document launched to edit the email, although it does now change to the
signature associated with the account, the signature is still
fully-justified.

I've tried setting Word as the editor and Outlook 2002 still inserts my "work" signature into messages created with my "personal" account. Any further ideas? Thanks

I have the same problem - two accounts, two signatures. I have made Word 2003 the editor but Outlook will still not automatically add the signature for the second, non-default account
Any more suggestions? Thanks.

Specifics, please: Do you have the signature set for new messages or
replies/forwards or both? Do you have a signature set for your default
account? Does anything at all happen when you switch accounts while
composing a message?

That's correct. The per-account signature feature is tied to WordMail. FYI
once Word opens the first time for WordMail, you won't have to wait for i
to open again

I found that if I use Word as my email editor, I have to wait for it t
open, so I chose not to use it. Hopefully, I haven't missed somethin here
So, not using Word means that there is no way Outlook will switc
signatures, and I must enter it in manually with each email then

Do you have Word 2003 installed? That's a requirement for this feature.
