Signatures

Hi,

I created a signature for work that includes my name and phone number. It
works fine. However, when I use another computer, my signature is gone. Do I
need to recreate a signature when I use different computers?

Thanks
Chi

You don't need to recreate. You just need to turn it on. Tools | Options |
Mail Format Tab | Signatures (select the signature to be used).

Hi Schmidj,

Thank you for your reply. I followed your steps but I didn't see my
signature there. (At my friend's computer) However, when I am back to my
computer and followed the steps then I see it.

Please help
Thanks

Signatures are local to the WIndows user profile. They're stored in the
folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures. If you use roaming profiles, this folder
should be transferred so that it's available from any PC you use, but without
roaming profiles, you'll need to either create your signatures manually on
each PC or transfer the signatures from one PC to another, placing them in the
same folder on the destination PC.
