Does anyone know how to add a signature manually in outlook. Like have the
signature be:
My Name
My Address
My Phone #
I know how to make this be inserted into new messages automatically but i
dont what it to go in automatically. I can do this with office 2000 but not
office xp. When i try to manually do it in office xp i go to
insert-autotext-signature then i click on my name but it only inserts my name
i want to to insert name, address,phone.
