Signed mails change when opening mail and returning to Outlook ( 2003 )

Hi,

Anyone has an idea how this happens and how to stop it ?

This is what happens :

A signed mail is send, you open in the preview window, return to your
outlook, browse to another mail ( or close outlook ) while word is
still open, you go back to the mail containing the word doc, and the
signature has changed from the senders name to your own.

This does not happen if you close word before returning to outlook

Hope someone can help or share my pain ;-)
