I am having issues using the sum function.
In my first query I have the following:
WorkorderID EmployeeID Date Hours Billing Rate Billing Total
1 25 3/2/05 4 $11.52
$46.08
1 52 3/2/05 4 $11.52
$46.08
1 69 3/2/05 4 $11.52
$46.08
2 25 2/20/05 2 $11.52
$23.04
2 27 2/20/05 2 $11.52
$23.04
3 15 1/27/05 8 $11.52
$92.16
WorkorderID - from table (number)
EmployeeID - from table (number)
Date - from table (date)
Hours - from table (number)
Billing Rate - from table (currency)
Billing Total - calculation (currency)
In my second query I want to sum the billing total by WorkorderID. This
should look like this:
WorkorderID Billing Total
1 $138.24
2 $46.08
3 $92.16
Instead it looks like this:
WorkorderID Billing Total
1 $138.00
2 $46.00
3 $92.10
I believe that it is only summing to the 10th's place and not including the
100th's. I have the format set to currency...so it should be working. Any
suggestions?
