Simple Formula

This formula, =[TotalHours]+[TotalTravelTime], does not give me a total if
there's no number (even a "0") in the Travel Time control. Does anyone have
a better formula that I should use? Or, should I change something in the
table properties? I tried changing the default value to zero, but that
doesn't work, either. Thanks in advance! (I love you people:)

I guess that those fields may contain nothing. As such, you have to change
it to as follows:

=Nz([TotalHours], 0)+Nz([TotalTravelTime], 0)

Thanks, Herbert! It works!

Now I can get some sleep....
