ok, i need help with a simple (should be!) formula. here it is. i have a
database with 10 worksheets(first page and then one for each drug for
patient info etc...) hyperlinked to each drug on the first worksheet.
when you click on the word prescribed it brings you to the worksheet
for that particular drug. So my problem is..... how can i get the
amount of drug being prescribed to return to zero or blank. And then
how can i get the current amount, after the subtraction (which i have a
simple =b2-b3 formula for) to reflect upon the amount in stock??? Now
let me show you visually what i mean
Amount in stock:
prescribed: =a1-a2 (you get it)
Current amount:
so the amount in stock subtracts the amount precribed and puts it in
the current amount. but every time a nurse changes this, it leaves the
old numbers in there. See the problem??? help palez.!
