Simple graphic editor for EMF files.

I have a bunch of EMF files (created by a music program) and annotated
by Visio that I need to crop. Visio 2002 doesn't do it right.

Can anyone suggest a little utility that will let me load, crop, and
save an EMF file?

I have tried Irfanview. It crops, but ti changes the image to have an
opague background
