Simple Memo Field Question

P

PA

We have an associatewho uses an Access 2003 database, several tables. One of
the tables have five text fields and a memo field. The memo field has right
alignment of text and she would like to have it left aligned, and I can not
seem to be able to figure out how to do that.

Are you trying to do this directly in the table? If so, why?!

Access tables store data, but don't do a very good job of displaying it.
Access forms are designed to display data, and give you MUCH more control.

On a form, design view, open the properties, format and change the alignment
property from general, or right to left. In table design, for the memo
field, change the alignment to left.
