simple question

Hi.
Can anybody tell me how I can lock the toolbars in Project Professional
2003? I move toolbars in preferred position, close program and when I start
it again all toolbars assigned to the left border one under other. Sometimes
it's not happened.
Any advices will be helpfully!

It doesn't work. Standart and Formatting toolbras already in single row
I'm talkiing about Project Guide and Project Statistics toolbars for example.
I can't collect them in single row.
Any advises?
