Simple??

Hi,

I have two pcs, one of which has recently died the death. I have a fully
licensed copy of Office XP Small Business Edition and would like to use it on
my new machine. Can I install it easily? or do I need to inform microsoft
that I am transferring my legitimate copy from one machine to another??
