Since beginning of Feb every time I open word I get an error and

Since beginning of Feb every time I open any Office product I get an error
and closes down. Any ideas?

What sort of error could this be? Are you using Office 2003? If so
then try detect and repair from the help menu.

When I open any MS Office application it runs for a few seconds then the
window comes up that say "Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then all the other stuff
about being lost and reporting to Microsoft. I tried the Help, Detect &
Repair with no luck....
