Use the last example at http://visio.mvps.org/Downloads.htm. It is a example
of using line patterns. If you drag the approprite shape to your drawing,
Visio will move the line pattern for you. You can then create your own shape
and select the sine wave pattern from the Line Pattern drop down list (it
should be near the end of the list).
The Visio electronic stencils has a shape for wave form that will switch
between, sawtooth, square wave, sine wave and ?. It only sows a single
cycle.
