Single Booklet Printing

How do I print just one mini booklet. Publisher assumes I want to til
them across the page. The only way I have managed just one, is b
shrinking the page size so there is only room for one, but printing o
the back then becomes problematic. The option is not there in pag
set-up as it is for buisness cards, & I did not have this problem i
older copies of publisher.
Hope someone can help, it is driving me mad!

What size is the mini-booklet? Do you have stock this size or are you trying to
setup the booklet up on letter stock?
If you are using letter stock, page setup, booklet, portrait, type 4.25 width,
5.5 height. Publisher will print two per sheet.
