There must be an easier way?

I want to show a full Management account P/Loss sheet in various currencies

I thought a drop down box at the top would do. Select the currency and all
figures would change

but do I really have to link 400 lines and 12 columns of figures to a single
cell?
there must be an easier way?

I suspect you'll be able to change just one formula and then copy it to 400 lines and 12 columns in a single operation. Can you describe why you think you'll have to link each cell individually rather than using absolute referencing for the single cell?
