Single Language Office Editions

C

CRP

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel One of the really great things of the Mac world is that most applications have multiple language support built-in. For example, the OS itself can be switched from one language to another in no time.

Office for Mac, unfortunately, still sells in single language editions, which is really unfortunate for people who live abroad. For example, if you want to buy Office for Mac in Italy you can only (easily) get it in Italian, and there is no way to switch an Italian version to English.

So, please MS, in this era of DVDs, do drop single language editions and put all available languages into a single package.

Thanks
Chris

No contradiction to your sentiment, but you're wasting your time posting
such a request here. This is a public newsgroup manned by users who do not
work for Microsoft. Although a few 'Softies peek in now & then, even they
don't have anything to do with marketing decisions.

If you want your comments to be seen by those who do have some influence use
the Help> Send Feedback option in any of the Office apps or go to the
Contact Us page of the Mactopia Website:
