BCM is nice because it keeps us in a well known inviroment (Outlook).

Info Connector is absolutely great. It gives you the freedom to create
templates with e.i MS Word including merge fields. You can the mail merge or
single merge to the templates.
Info Connector automaticly creates history of all ingoing and outgoing
e-mails and also creates history on mergeds documents.
I just love it.
