Single pop3 email account, but multiple outgoing smtp's

Can I have one email account but have two outgoing smtp's, so if I use a 3G
card as apposed to my normal service provider, my email can still go out
without having to change the outgoing smtp. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

use the same smpt - just set it to authenticate...
