Single print option with multi-tray printer

Hello

I have just bought a new multi-tray printer for my office. I put my
headed paper in one tray and my plain paper in the other. When I print
a letter I want the first page to go on the headed paper and the rest
on plain paper. It all works fine if I setup my printer settings
properly.

My problem is that if I want to change to start printing on just plain
paper I have to go and change all my settings again and it takes a
while. Ideally I'd like to store my profile somehow and select each
profile in a single click or from a menu.

Anyone know how I can do this?

Sorry My 1st reply looks like it has come through blank. I will try
again.

I have the same issues with many of my customers, and found this
product to be a simple and effective solution:

www.trayselector.com

It adds a Word toolbar which allows you to create buttons that when
clicked print your document to your chosen selection of printer and
trays.

The most common application for me is a button I called "letterhead
1st" which when clicked once prints the first page on letterheaded
paper and following pages on plain.

It takes a matter of minutes to install and configure.

You can try it for free for 30 days.

Hope this helps.

Hey - that's fantastic - exactly what I wanted. I wish Microsoft had
thought of this.
