I have a table with a "phase field" where the value of 1, 2, or 3 can be
entered.
When i run my query to find out what phase a person is in it returns records
with people and the phase number that was entered for them at the time the
record was created. When i run a report with "phase" headers, based on my
query to show me who is in what phase, people who are no longer in phase 1
show up because in the past a record was entered for them when they were at
that phase(which i don't want to see in that section of the report being that
they moved on to the next phase). This same person, who for instance is
really in phase 2 will also show up in phase 2 under the "phase" header. How
do i get my underlying query to show me who is currently in what phase
without showing where they have been?
hope this is clear???
