Site Looks Differently on different Computers

This is the first website that I have done and I have it uploaded on my
laptop, and it looks great. But when I go on the website on a mormal
computer all my buttons are squished and pushed to other rows. Any
suggestions. website is wevcpas.com

I would start by putting everything into a table. That should help keep
things in place. Set the table to about 700 or 800 pixels wide.
