Site Usage Report not working

2003 Server w/ IIS 6.0 and FP2002 extensions. Client is FP2002. Site usage
report working fine on "Default Web Site" but not working at all on "Other"
site I have added.

"Other" site is physically in Inetpub but outside wwwroot. Is this a
problem? "Default Web Site" is inside wwwroot and working fine. All other
aspects of "Other" working fine.

Have verified existence of log file in \system32\logfiles and have set up
usage processing to force it to run. None of the XML files being generated
in "Default Web Site" are being generated in the "Other" website. Stumped.
If I can get it to work on one, why not the other?

The FP SE (and run time components that require it) can only be run on the root web (you can only have 1 root web under IIS) and
it's FP subwebs
- in your case that is Default Web Site

OK, thank you. I don't follow. Both the websites appear to be "extended"
correctly -- I can open both as FP webs, and other FPSE features are
available. Can you expound more on this?

.........and a follow-up question:

So could I move the "Other" website under wwwroot and still have it be its
own site, with unique domain name and site statistics, and get the site usage
to work that way?

Correction to my post (apparently under IIS on Win 2003 you can have multiple root webs)
