Site vs Server Settings

Please be more specific, do you mean PS security or WSS security. If you can
provide an example it would be most useful.

Sorry about that. I meant both PS security and WSS security--so does PS
security supersede WSS security? I think I already know the answer, but I
just wanted to be sure.
