Pardon me for being an utter noob at FP, but what is the best way to
generate a sitemap in FP2003 to submit to the major search engines. I
don't have shell access to my hosting server, btw.

Check out: http://gsitecrawler.com/ for a simple program to download and it
will create the sitemap for you. Then you just need to submit it to the
search engines
