Size limitation in Outlook store (pst)

Ray Riley

Hi,
I am receiving messages from my system, that the
available storage capacity has reached its limits and I
should delete files not needed. The current size of my
pst is 66 MB, though, and not even close to the 2 GB max.
What can I do, to resolve this issue? Are there any
settings I need to consult, in order to increase the
managed volume of my local pst?
thanks for your help.

Is this on a business computer? If yes, then check with your Network Admin
as to the limits set for network storage of local files. Each business sets
different limits.

What else do you have in this mail profile? If you're using POP mail, are
you set up to leave a copy of messages on the server? Perhaps your mailbox
is full, and this is a message from your ISP.
