Size limits for incoming email attachments

I am wondering if anyone knows the size limit of email
attachments that can be sent to and received by outlook
express

The limit will be set by the ISP (or at corporate mail server). Best bet is
to contact the support line and ask what the message size limit and mailbox
size limit is set to.
