How can I shrink the graphics I paste into Word. The original is 60 Kb, but inserted, it adds 1 Mb to the Word file size. I tried paste special, JPEG, GIF, and Picture with very litte luck.

using Insert=>Picture=>From File?
What file format are you using from File=>Save as in Word?
