Sizing forms in Access2007

Having "upgraded" ( perhaps an ambitious description) from Access97 to 2007
I find some odd behaviour.

In 97 if one sets the form size manually that size appears in form view. Not
apparently in 2007 where the forms always appear maximised.

I tried making a MoveSize macro but that didn't work either.

This seems mighty odd. I have often required to size and place very
accurately where and how a form should appear in operation.

Am I overlooking something?

p.s. also where does one assassinate the metrics and apply the imperials?

A2007 used tabbed browsing. You can choose separate windows via the options,
i.e.
- Office button (top left)
- Access Options (bottom of dialog)

As with previous versions, A2007 uses the measurement of unit defined in the
Windows Control Panel, under Regional Options.
