Skills assesment tests?

Hi,

One of my managers came to me today and was wondering skills assesment
testing for Microsoft Office applications. She's starting the interview
process for an accounting position and wants to have select candidates take
an Excel skills test as part of the process. Has anyone had any experience
with these types of tests and can you recommend one or some? I'm not really
sure where to start looking.

We are using Office 2003, if that matters.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the tip, but it doesn't really answer my question. Guess I was
hoping that someone might have tried one or two of the dozens, or possibly
hundreds, of possible solutions and be kind enough to suggest one they liked
or one's they really didn't like and possibly why. I hope that's not too
much to ask.
