SKIP A LINE in a Report when Address Changes?

I have a pretty basic report that simply prints line after line of Name,
Phone, Address, etc.

I've used the Report Wizard to create it...with a little editing in design
view.

It looks okay....but...

It would Really help if it would skip a line....or insert a blank line....
something....whenever the address changes.

This way, it would be much easier to read and work from, since one of the
primary focuses of the report concerns Groups of address which are on the
same street.

In design view just expand the blank space below the Zip Code.
