Skip a Y range

I have a 2 line chart, Y scale is from 50,000 to 350,000. One line is
entirely between 50,000 and 100,000 - the other is between 200,000 and
350,000.

I would like to get a little more resolution for the 50-100K by dropping out
the 100k ti 200k region. Or have two Y axis, 50k to 100k and 200k to 250k.

How can I structure the graph to show this?

TIA

What you want to do is plot the data from 200,000 - 350,000 on a secondary y
axis. Select that series and right-click/Format Data Series...
