Skipping presentation in a playlist

I have created a batch file that will run the powerpoint viewer and show all
the presentations from the playlist. I want to create a general playlist
ranging from "1.ppt" to "100.ppt", eventhough there is no presentation in
that saved location for the playlist. All i am wanting is the user to be
able to save presentation to the right locate and that it they will not have
to edit the playlist. So, getting to my question is there a way to skip over
presentation in a playlist if there is not a powerpoint presentation
currently in the saved location. is there command for it, such as the /l,
/a, /p??? also i am using the 97viewer.

No, the playlist concept has been kept very simple and straight forward and if a
file in the list is missing, you'll get an error message and the Viewer will go
on to the next file in the list.

If you are a coder or have access to someone with coding talent, a simple little
"playlist builder" could probably be created that would allow the user to
specify which files they want played. But frankly, the interface probably
wouldn't be much simpler than the task of editing or creating a playlist in
NotePad.
