sku011.cab issues and more

can anyone tell me how to type the command for copying everything from a
hard-disk to another? I tried xcopy *.* E:, for instance but it does not copy
the subfolders I created to the destinated drive? I tried the xcopy command,
nothing helps at all. Do I really have to allocate the paths of every
subfolders in the drive, that takes ages to do so. is there a simple one line
command to copy c: to E: for instance? safe mode with command prompt looks
no bigger than a bat lair and darker than chocolate. worse, very difficult to
use ime in there, highlighing information makes mistake at easy chances.
ctrl+c and ctrl+v make worse combination for copy command.

like the others, I also bump into the sku011.cab issue with a different
story to tell. I tried to uninstall an application from microsoft office 2003
professional (japanese version) and a prompt came up to the screen telling me
sku011.cab is needed to complete the installation. three error codes popped
up> error code 1311, error code 1712, and error code 1101.
regedit was messed up as well. now I am stucked at the neck as I could
neither resintall everything back to my pc nor delete microsoft office on
safe mode with command prompt. I tried to format the c drive but the office
installation window hampers the process.

please advise
