SKU011.cab

Good Morning:

I have been having trouble with My outlook 2003. There's a file missing and
I dont know where to go to download it. I do know I can go to the Microsoft
website but the problem with that is, I had my computer serviced and the
service man loaded his version of Office 2003. So now when I try downloading
something from the website, I'm told I am not using a validated version of
the software.

It seems to me that the file that's missing is SKU011.cab and I think I
really need this to make outlook work correctly.

Is there anything I can to make this program work more smoothly? I also want
to say, there was a time it worked properly. Then one day it stopped and I
never knew what happened until it started telling me the SKU011.cab file was
missing.

Any help you can give me will be most appreciated.

Thank you

Note: I'm going to assume that you're a home user and this is your home
computer.

Did your service man charge you for Office 2003? If he did, then he should
have provided you with install media as well. If he didn't give you install
media, call him up and ask for it.

If he didn't charge you and just installed it on your box, then effectively
you stole the software.
