sku111.cab missing

I am trying to upgrade part of my office 2003 by installing office 2007 home
and student edition. I am running Vista business edition. Installation gets
most of the way through and then pops up this error that sku111.cab cannot be
found on the CD. My office 2003 is working fine and I do not get this error

Turns out the "missing" files are on the Office 2003 disk. The software is
trying to integrate the 2003 components you left on your system and needs the
CD from Office 2003 to continue. Mine completed the setup after I changed
disks.

your computer or did you purchase it separately?
