I am trying to install the viewer for snapshot viewing, but keep getting the error SKU13.CAB not present. I
managed to cure this once before but have forgotten the actual fix. It was something to do with disabling Word's
location where it looks at files. I have my original disks but the same error comes up even with the disk
inserted. I think it's a registry fix that forces the PC to go online to get the fix.
Anyone got the detail please??
