Since Sky moved their emails to Google and changed outgoing server to smtp.tools.sky.com, I have been unable to send emails - get error messages -
"Authentication failed because Entourage doesn't support any of the available authentication methods."
All passwords have been entered correctly and authentication box checked. Ports altered like they said.
Incoming emails are unaffected so I must be doing something correct!
