slash delimited list

I have a long list currently in a text file that I would like to import into
Excel. The list consists of intials followed by a "space/space" and then a
name. I'm trying to import this into Excel, but import doesn't appear to
allow me to designate a "/" as a delimiting character.

Can I do this and if so, how?
