Slide Design

Hi All,

Is there any way to apply one of the custom slide designs to one or several
but not all slides only? I'd like most of my slides to have white
backgrounds and some to have one of the choices. I have lots of pictures
and sometimes I'll be asking questions which I want to display on other than
white background.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Fiona

Depends on your version of PowerPoint. Check here

Depending on which version of PowerPoint you have, you have a couple of
options.

1. (PPT 97, 2000, 2002, 2003) - If you want to change the background color
of several slides at once, go to Slide Sorter View, click one of the desired
slides, hold the CTRL key down and click several others. Click the "Format"
menu and select "Background". Set the desired color and click "Apply". All
the selected slide background colors will change.

2. (If you have PPT 2002 or 2003) - If you want to assign a different Slide
Design to a few slides, go to Slide Sorter View and select your slides just
as described above. Click the "Format" menu and select "Slide Design".
When the Taskpane window appears to the right, scroll down and choose the
desired design by clicking on it. The selected slides will change.

Hope that helps!
