Slide Master versus Title slide Layout in PowerPoint 2007

Is it possible to add a logo/picture to the Slide Master, but not have it
show on the title slide layout, similar to what you could do in PowerPoint
2003?
If yes, how do you do it please, since an item added to the Slide master
cannot be deleted directly on the title slide layout?

Hi,

Any picture you put onto the slide master will also appear on the slide
layout. The solution is that you can have more than one master slide. On
the Masters toolbar click to add another Master. You can format it the
same (but without the logo) and then you'll have another title layout
that you can use.

Ok, but then how do you access the new slide master to insert it as a title page? if you try to Insert Page, it doesn't give you the option (that i can see) to access a different slide master. thanks
